Blower wheel cleaning
The wheel's curved vanes move air through the supply system; buildup on their surfaces is a different job from wiping the accessible cabinet.
What to observe
Ask for a before photograph of the wheel and whether deposits are distributed around the circumference or localized near one side.
A field example
If the fan vibrates only at certain speeds, a before-and-after photo of dust is useful but incomplete. The technician should compare vibration after cleaning and consider mounting, wheel balance and motor condition if the sound remains.
What the written work should say
A written scope should say whether the wheel is cleaned in place or removed, how electrical connections are protected, and whether vibration and operation are checked afterward.
Where this task stops
A noisy wheel may have a bearing, balance or motor fault; cleaning alone should not be sold as the diagnosis.
